Inclusiti Support Ltd is a provider of superior supported accommodation, assisted and semi-independent living for young people aged 16+ and offer a bespoke therapeutic support service for those who have found it difficult to live within a family setting, within a fostering household or with their own relatives.

Risk AnalysisItem Link
isk analysis in a care home for young people involves identifying potential hazards and assessing both the probability of each occurring and its significance to their safety and wellbeing. Examples include self-harm, absconding, bullying, or inappropriate online activity. Each risk is scored and prioritised. Existing measures—such as behaviour support plans, supervision protocols, and digital safety education—are reviewed to ensure they effectively manage these risks, supporting a safe and responsive care environment.

Accident Report FormItem Link
A seperate sheet should be completed for each person involved in the accident.
Once completed, the sheet should be removed and passed to the person or department on the front of this book for secure safekeeping. The employee who had the accident, may wish to make a copy of this form for their own records before handing it in.

Families, carers, and professionals must take responsibility for preventing bullying and creating a climate within which young people are encouraged to raise concerns, comment, and complain.
All Social Work staff, and their managers including Safeguarding and Independent Reviewing Officers, should be aware of the Policy and Procedure and use it in a consistent manner when necessary. All young people should be provided with a copy of the young person’s guide when they come into the care of Inclusiti Support Ltd

Child Criminal ExploitationItem Link
Inclusiti Support Ltd recognizes that it has a responsibility, an obligation and duty of care, as we are an organisation that works with children, young people and vulnerable adults as covered in the Children Act 1989 and 2004, the Safeguarding Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 and the Protection of Freedom Act 2012.
The Act defines children and young people as anyone up to the age of 18 years. old.
We have a responsibility to ensure that we do not put anyone at risk by employing or continuing to employ individuals who have caused harm or pose a future risk of harm to our young people. We will protect the young people in our care from exploitation and abuse.

This virtual visit form supports Local Authority (LA) oversight by ensuring Inclusiti Support Ltd provides key documentation ahead of inspection. It includes safeguarding, risk assessment, and operational records. The rationale is to evidence compliance, transparency, and preparedness, while allowing remote review of practice and procedures that safeguard young people in residential care.

Complaints and complimentsItem Link
Inclusiti Support Ltd values all employees and young people. The service believes valuing feedback strengthens the service and positively promotes tolerance and respect for all individuals. The service is committed to ensure that all staff members and young people are aware of the channel to give feedback and complain.

AbsenceItem Link
It is recognised by Inclusiti Support Ltd that from time-to-time staff may require to be absent from their place of work due to illness. The length of time lost by employees through illness must however be monitored to ensure that each member of staff is able to do their job, effectively and without putting themselves or others at risk. It is not the intention of Inclusiti Support Ltd Ltd to penalise the genuinely sick, however it must be recognised that an employee who is medically unfit to carry out his/her contractual duties may not be able continue in that employment.

Inclusiti Support Ltd recognizes that behaviour management is a significant part of the daily work that we undertake with young people. We know that working with young people and those leaving care need support and help in order for them to achieve positive outcomes. Nevertheless, we acknowledge that their past experiences, trauma and personal circumstances can be a barrier and present a plethora of challenges.
